You Are Your Own Best Parent
So many of us, especially Highly Sensitive People (I’ll be speaking more about this in future newsletters), did not get what we needed in our younger years. Most of our parents did the best that they could but we all have wounds of abandonment, not feeling seen or heard, not feeling safe and if you are highly sensitive you most likely have a very dysregulated nervous system.

On our path of growth to our fullest potential and our most evolved selves, Resistance is like a little alert that there is something to be looked at internally to get to the next stage, whatever that may be for us (spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally).
Tiz the Season for Trying to "Fix" People
Your energy is your greatest currency and you lose some of that currency by falling trap to the hook of the “fixing” pattern. Tending to your own emotional needs and regulating your nervous system is what will help shift your experience, not focusing on the experience of others.
Just because you *Can*, does it mean you *Should*?
Our nervous systems are so engrained to push and ignore our instincts that we lose sight of what looks / feels authentic to our blueprint. We can often times lose our flow (or maybe we’ve never really known it to begin with), and we end up creating more of the same in our life that doesn’t actually work (but we be thinkin it’s new and gonna be different this time 👀).
