Artist Community
Expand and Nurture Your Creativity in Community
The Everyday Artist challenges what you’ve been taught about creativity.
What if instead of pushing through creative blocks, forcing yourself to be consistent, making yourself into a content machine, or monetizing every creative impulse, you created a relationship with your creativity that actually nourishes you and fuels your art?
What if you knew how to release the creative blocks stored in your nervous system through EFT tapping? And you got protected space to explore without pressure to produce? Or you connected with other creatives who undersood that your creativity doesn't need credentials and success doesn't require suffering?
This is the heart of The Everyday Artist Community. No forcing, no performing, no proving — just your creative genius flowing because you've given it space to breathe.
You can step off the productivity treadmill, exhale, and focus on the creative work you love - knowing your cup is filled so you can confidently bring your art into the world.
If you crave creative liberation without constant exhaustion — you need flow, not force.
The Force-It Model is what most of us have learned. It's the approach that says force your way through creative blocks, show up no matter what your nervous system is telling you and keep producing even when creativity drains you more than it fulfills you.
With The Everyday Artist approach, you work with your body instead of against it. You gently release the creative blocks stored in your nervous system through EFT tapping, get a dedicated creative space to explore without pressure to produce, and discover that your creativity emerges in a faster, gentler, and more playful way.
Did you notice your body exhale when you read that?
Within a couple of weeks of joining TEA, I was asked to be in a six-month ceramics residency.
My pieces are now being sold in stores, I'm collaborating with a well-known artist in a different state, and I was invited to a convention for high-end buyers to purchase my work.

The weekly rhythm of EFT tapping followed by gentle creative exploration has become an anchor in my week.
There's no pressure to produce, no judgment about what you create. It's just... permission. Pure permission to be exactly where you are creatively."

How You'll Build A Joyful Sustainable Creative Practice Without Pushing or Burning Out
Every week includes three core elements: EFT tapping to release current creative blocks, dedicated time and virtual body doubling for your creative exploration / accountability, and community support from other creatives on a similar journey. Together, these elements help you finish projects, have fun again with your creativity and expand your creative expression with integrity.
1. Release Creative Blocks Through EFT Tapping
With weekly live EFT Tapping guided by me to gently release the creative blocks stored in your nervous system, you'll work through the actual resistance - perfectionism, "who am I to create this?" beliefs, procrastination and the anxiety that keeps you from starting. When you take away the blocks and the pressure, your creativity emerges naturally.
2. Explore Your Creativity Without Pressure to Produce
After tapping, you'll have time for your creative work - whether that's a project you need to finish, exploring a new form of expression, or simply following your curiosity. There's no pressure to produce, just space to create at your own pace. This is where you build trust in your creative process and make progress on the creative ideas and projects that actually matter to you.
3. Build Creative Momentum With Your Personal Hype Team
You'll be part of an intimate group that shows up consistently week after week. This is where you get real time support: virtual body doubling to increase focus, creative problem-solving when you're stuck, and the kind of accountability that actually helps you do the thing you've been avoiding. Small enough that you're known, consistent enough that collaborations happen beyond our weekly sessions.
How The Everyday Artist Community Works
Here's what you'll experience as a member and how you and your creativity will be supported week after week.
Live Weekly Calls
Every Wednesday, we gather for 90 minutes. Each session includes live EFT Tapping guided by me to release creative blocks, dedicated time for your creative work (virtual body doubling to help you stay focused and accountable), and space to share and connect with other creatives.
Monthly Roundtable
Once a month, we gather specifically for collective problem-solving. Bring your creative challenges, blocks, or ideas that have you stuck, and tap into the perspectives and wisdom of the group. This is where you get fresh solutions and insights that may not pop off sitting alone trying to figure it out by yourself.
Membership Portal
Your hub for everything between live sessions. Access extended EFT Tapping sequences exclusive to members, session recordings, creative resources, weekly journaling prompts, blog articles, and the community forum where conversations continue throughout the week.
Imagine your creative life 6 months from now...
It's Tuesday afternoon. You just finished the first draft of that book you've been talking about for years - the one that felt impossible before you had a consistent creative structure, accountability and nervous system capacity.
Later that evening, you open your email to find a gallery owner asking about your recent creations - the series you finally had the courage to share publicly after working through your "who am I to call myself an artist?" blocks with weekly EFT Tapping.
There's also a message in the portal from another member asking if you want to collaborate on a project. The creative problem you helped them solve last month sparked an idea that needs both of your skills.
Your creative practice isn't something you squeeze in when you have time. It's a consistent part of your life, supported by real tools, real people, real results.
The World is Heavy. You Need Your Creative Spark More than Ever.
The world is heavier than ever and finding concrete ways to stay connected to our imagination, playfulness and sense of aliveness is becoming more non-negotiable.
Continuing to do the same unfulfilling routine ensures your creative spark dims a little bit more each day. The projects and ideas that you feel passionate about stay unfinished. That new way of expressing yourself stays suppressed. The creative business you want to launch stays stuck as an idea in your head.
The Everyday Artist Community gives you what waiting never will: accountability to actually start, tools to release your creative blocks, nervous system support to move through fear and community so you're not doing this alone.
Your creative liberation isn't going to feel more possible six months from now. It's available now.
Why Join The Everyday Artist Community with Bianca?
-
As a highly sensitive person who spent years adjacent to creativity but never creating, I now work with artists, creatives and the creatively curious who want to create without feeling like they're pulling teeth. Your self expression, nervous system and energy are at the heart of everything I create and offer.
-
I'm a clinically trained EFT Tapping practitioner who understands what happens in your nervous system when creativity feels threatening. I know how to gently release those blocks and retrain your body to see what it previously saw as a threat as actually safe. I combine this with dedicated creative time and community because that's what creates sustainable creative practice.
-
Rather than leaving you to work through your creative blocks alone (which probably isn't working or you wouldn't be reading this), every week includes live EFT Tapping guidance and real-time creative practice with other creatives. The consistent structure creates momentum and tangible creative results while the live support means you're not navigating your resistance by yourself.
This community is for artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, and the creatively curious who:
Struggle to start or finish creative projects despite constantly thinking about them
Are exhausted from forcing their creativity and want it to feel nourishing & easeful instead of draining
Feel alone in their creative challenges and want accountability without pressure
Are unfulfilled with how they're spending their time and ready for expanded & deepened creative experiences
Want to explore creativity outside of productivity culture - for joy and flow, not just outcomes
75 Minutes Per Week. That's It.
That's all you need to build a sustainable creative practice.
2pm PST every Wednesday; 90 minutes for live EFT Tapping & creative work via virtual body doubling with other creatives
Third Wednesday of each month: creative roundtable for problem-solving and connection
Portal resources (videos, prompts, forum) available anytime - engagement optional
No required homework or catch-up pressure
After a few months, you'll have consistent creative momentum, released blocks, and tangible progress on your ideas & projects.
Take breaks as needed - pause or cancel your membership anytime.
About Bianca Wilson
Bianca Wilson is an Artist, clinically trained EFT Tapping practitioner and founder of The Everyday Artist Community, supporting high achieving artists and creatives who want to create with more joy and ease (and less struggle and depletion).
For years, Bianca built her career adjacent to creativity at CAA and Apple's advertising agency - but never actually creating herself. Through discovering EFT Tapping in 2017, she healed generational beliefs about success requiring struggle and creativity being unproductive / unsafe and found her way back to her creative expression.
In November 2024, she ran an 11-day creativity challenge during the election. The response was so strong it became The Everyday Artist Community: combining nervous system regulation, dedicated creative time, and real community support.
She practices what she teaches.
