Turn Your Creative Block
Into Your Creative Flow
The Everyday Artist challenges what you’ve been taught about creativity.
Instead of pushing through creative blocks, forcing yourself to be consistent, making yourself into a content machine, or monetizing every creative impulse, you create a relationship with your creativity that actually nourishes you and fuels your art.
You gently release the creative blocks stored in your nervous system through EFT tapping. You get protected space to explore without pressure to produce. You connect with other creatives who understand that your creativity doesn't need credentials and success doesn't require suffering.
This is the heart of The Everyday Artist Community. No forcing, no performing, no proving — just your creative genius flowing because you've given it space to breathe.
You can step off the productivity treadmill, exhale, and focus on the creative work you love - knowing your cup is filled so you can confidently bring your art into the world.
If you crave creative liberation without constant exhaustion — you need flow, not force.
The Force-It Model is what most of us have learned. It's the approach that says force your way through creative blocks, show up no matter what your nervous system is telling you and keep producing even when creativity drains you more than it fulfills you.
With The Everyday Artist approach, you work with your body instead of against it. You gently release the creative blocks stored in your nervous system through EFT tapping, get a dedicated creative space to explore without pressure to produce, and discover that your creativity emerges in a faster, gentler, and more playful way.
Did you notice your body exhale when you read that?
Within a couple of weeks of joining TEA, I was asked to be in a six-month ceramics residency.
My pieces are now being sold in stores, I'm collaborating with a well-known artist in a different state, and I was invited to a convention for high-end buyers to purchase my work.

The weekly rhythm of EFT tapping followed by gentle creative exploration has become an anchor in my week.
There's no pressure to produce, no judgment about what you create. It's just... permission. Pure permission to be exactly where you are creatively."

How You'll Build A Joyful Sustainable Creative Practice Without Pushing or Burning Out
Every week includes three core elements: EFT tapping to release current creative blocks, dedicated time for your creative exploration, and community support from other creatives on a similar journey. Together, these elements help you finish projects, have fun again with your creativity and expand your creative expression with integrity.
1. Release Creative Blocks Through EFT Tapping
With weekly live EFT Tapping guided by me to gently release the creative blocks stored in your nervous system, you'll work through the actual resistance - perfectionism, "who am I to create this?" beliefs, procrastination and the anxiety that keeps you from starting. When you take away the blocks and the pressure, your creativity emerges naturally.
2. Explore Your Creativity Without Pressure to Produce
After tapping, you'll have time for your creative work - whether that's a project you need to finish, exploring a new form of expression, or simply following your curiosity. There's no pressure to produce, just space to create at your own pace. This is where you build trust in your creative process and make progress on the creative ideas and projects that actually matter to you.
3. Build Creative Momentum With Your Personal Hype Team
You'll be part of an intimate group that shows up consistently week after week. This is where you get real time support: virtual body doubling to increase focus, creative problem-solving when you're stuck, and the kind of accountability that actually helps you do the thing you've been avoiding. Small enough that you're known, consistent enough that collaborations happen beyond our weekly sessions.
