Timelines are the infinite possible realities that are available to us at any given moment. 

It’s scary to surrender because it’s steeped in uncertainty; most of the time we don’t know what’s on the other side and we’d rather hold on to the old, even if it’s not working, than to let it die and embrace what will likely be infinitely better.

The holidays can be a complicated time. For some they can activate immense joy, for others there can be a lot of pain and anxiety and for most I’d say it’s probably a mixed bag.

That’s the thing about decisions, we can literally *always* make a different one at any given point in time that can take us down a completely different path or timeline.
