Working Smarter, Not Harder: Using What You Already Have

It's been a pretty intense time, collectively and personally, and when things are intense I think one of the best things we can do is....as much as possible......keep things simple.

Working smarter, not harder.

Using what we already have.

Trusting what we already have.

I was listening to a podcast yesterday from Embodied Astrology and she posed the question: What do I already have that can do different things for me?

I'm really trying to think through that lens, especially with my business and my creativity.

So for this week, we might ask ourselves:

  • What is my relationship to keeping things simple?

  • If I struggle with that....why? What do I tell myself?

  • What do I "already have" that I might re-purpose or use differently with my creative thinking or creative projects?

  • How could my creative practice support me doing less and keeping things simple?

  • What is one step I could take to embody this?
